I've used this shop multiple times for my vehicle needs and they consistently provide excellent service. Everyone is friendly, honest, and helpful, and I always feel confident that I'm being treated fairly. Highly recommend!

Darren & Mike went above & beyond repairing my oooops with 4 new Cooper tires & 2 new rims/wheels. Very friendly & concerned from beginning to finish. I highly recommend 5 Star Auto Care!!

The receptionist Mike is a nice guy very nice . I paid over 2k for auto repair and had to bring my car back for the same thing 3 times almost being charged again for the same exact repair. The terms used was per the mechanic "we have to dig deeper to find the issue" in which that should have already been done the first two times. In the end I did learn that I was over charged and charged for a service that I did not receive. So I will not take my car back. It's one thing to do good service but to be charged for services that wasnt rendered is greed, cheating and not trustworthy . They will supply a Loaner car, it is filthy and you'd most likely have to stop to put gas in it >Under a quarter tank.

Deron and his staff (all good guys) do a great job on the routine maintenance and fixing worn out stuff on my 2012 Fiat 500. My previous mechanic seemed to be hesitant to work on it. I had my 2019 Ford Fusion in once for some suspension work and that went well too. Recommended.

This review makes me incredibly sad to write. 5 star was wonderful with the previous service writer. My family and I have brought multiple cars to 5 star over the years, this was my first experience since Mike has taken over as service writer and it was miserable. I have a Lexus Ls400 that has run flawlessly for years as these cars do. I brought it in for a noise coming from the alternator or power steering pump and we opted to replace them both plus the steering rack. The first oddity was being told the battery kept needing to be jumped.Hadnt happened to me and the battery was fairly new but I had no reason not to trust them so I decided to replace that too. Turns out someone had bumped the light stalk, leaving the brights on which means the auto headlights do not work and were left on constantly. The battery was even still under warranty from Lexus but they had disposed of it by the time I found this out. The next thing came when I got home and popped the hood to check things out and found a new noise plus a vacuum line they hadn't reattached. I called to mention this and Mike scolded me saying he isn't a mechanic and the guys had never heard the noise as they're older and har
